This week, I decided to start Jamie Eason’s LiveFit 12 week program. I just completed day 4 of phase 1. So far I love the program but I have a long, LONG, L.O.N.G way to go! The week prior to starting this program, I did a few whole body weight training days. I think by doing this, it has allowed me to be a little less sore than I would normally be today from this program.
The program is great though. You have to dedicate 4-6 days a week to working out. This is perfect for me though because I go on a cruise in 100 days to the Bahamas! I really hope I can stick with this program!! It’s going to be very tough though.
Has anyone ever done this weight training program? Has anyone had any luck?
I haven’t done that particular training guide, but I looked at Jillian Michael’s 30 day book and took most of the workouts from there and implented them into my daily routine. It really worked, I didn’t drop 1 lb the entire time but I lost almost 5 inches! Good Luck!!
