The highlight of my week so far has been this…
I got my first piece of Savage clothing in the mail! Yessss! So cute. I joined Team Savage in March and I finally get to represent the team it at the gym now 🙂
I did a back workout on my lunch break yesterday. I’ve never focused a whole workout on just my back, until yesterday. Usually I add some biceps or something in there, but not yesterday. All back!
I had a pretty clean eating day yesterday except for the fact I had some carbs a bit late and only had 5 meals instead of 6. If those are the worst things I did for the day, then I’m pretty darn happy with my food for the day.

Meal 2 | 10:30 | 4 oz celery/carrots, 1/2 cup kashi honey crunch, 1/2 orange |
12:00 | Gym – Back & 20 min steady treadmill cardio | |
Meal 3 | 1:30 | Jay Robb’s Protein Shake, 1 cup ground chicken chili with chili beans and tomato paste, 2.5 cups spinach with 1 TBS Newman’s Own bals. Vin. Dressing |
Meal 4 | 4:15 | Smart Pop Popcorn, a few dark cocoa chocolate chips |
Meal 5 | 7:00 | Mini Clean Pizzas (1 food for life english muffin, 2 T natural marinara, 2 T low fat cottage cheese, garlic powder, crushed red pepper) |

I was going to hit the gym at lunch today until I looked at what I have in store for me. IT LOOKS BRUTAL. It seriously looks like one of the hardest leg workouts I’ve ever done..so I’m scurrred!
I knew it would probably take me a while to do, so I figured I’d go after work instead. It looks like a TON of squats, lunges and dead lifts in store for me tonight. GAME FACE IS ON!
I have a love/hate relationship with squats, lunges, and dead lifts. I hate doing them, but I love the results!

How are you enjoying the Savage workout? Are you planning on doing a competition, or are you just doing it to improve your physique overall? Im doing the JE Live Fit Trainer now, but after that’s done, I need to create a new goal…so Im doing my research now. Whats the best part about training w/ Team Savage, in your opinion?
I really like Savage so far. I’m on the Lifestyle plan for now. I was thinking about doing a post on Savage tomorrow in more detail so stay tuned! I love having a coach to report to. It keeps me accountable. I am not planning on competing anytime soon..but ya never know about what the future holds I guess!
