Baked Kale Chips Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Garlic powder

This is the kale I bought.  It was organic but you can use any kind!

Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
  3. Spray kale with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

I have been known to be the pickiest eater around and I LOVED these!!!! I can’t wait to have them again!  They tasted like really thin potato chips!
