Muscle And Fitness Giveaway!

The great folks over at Muscle and Fitness want to do a giveaway for all of YOU!!! How exciting, huh??!?

I’ve never been one to use many supplements except for whey protein, but Muscle and Fitness is offering a new program to test out their supplements if you don’t have a lot of experience with them. This program will help if you’re inexperienced in supplements like me.

We are giving away an entire sample box of supplement samples from Muscle and Fitness!! Here are some items that are in the giveaway…

    Largely protein powder, BCAAs, fish oil, creatine, and a pre-workout.

  6. I currently only use Shakeology or Whey protein as well. I do not know enough about supplements to experiment much but would LOVE to try some out with guidance and information :) You are awesome!

    On days that I lift I take BCAAs and glutamine, other than that it’s just regular multivitamin sort of things.

    I used to use a pre-workout/post-workout powder regimen that a friend gave me to try but it was expensive so I never bought any more. I did notice that it gave me good energy throughout my workout, and that the recovery time was less than it is without it.

  39. I, like you, have only used Whey Protein powder along with a multivitamin and have actually been searching around for other supplements to try but there are soooo many and the cost adds up quickly so I haven’t been sure which to try!
