Bikini Boot Camp Day 2

Welcome to Day 2!

Congratulations!  You survived your first day of boot camp!  Yesterday’s workout was a good introduction and “warm-up” for what’s to come!

Today’s Workout:

I hope you’re not too sore from yesterday’s workout!  Since you did a full body workout yesterday, today is a rest day with no workout to do.  Today, I want you to focus on sticking to the nutrition 100%.  NO CHEATING!

Follow the Shake Day Nutrition today.

Exercise Tips/Videos/Notes:

If you are sore from yesterday, make sure to stretch often.  Also make sure you’re getting your gallon of water in every day!
