Welcome to Day 8!

Welcome to week 2!  Things are about to change this week because we will be adding in some deep cleansing days.  Last week was used to prepare your body for the next two weeks.  At this point, your body should be getting used to the nutrition and we’ve already prepared your body for success so the cleanse days will work perfectly!

If you are sore from yesterday, make sure to stretch often.  Also make sure you’re getting your gallon of water in every day!
